Great Poops is a daily fibre food designed to support regular, comfortable bowel movements.

It’s not a laxative. Not a cleanse. And not something you “feel” working.

It works best as a simple daily habit — taken with water before coffee.

How to use

Fibre first.
Full glass of water.
Shower (or wait 15–20 minutes).
Then coffee.

Why I made this

Great Poops started mid-trip in Japan, when my digestion quietly stopped cooperating.

Different food. Jet lag. Coffee before breakfast. Everything was “fine” — except nothing was happening.

I wanted something gentle enough to use every day, without planning my morning around it.

So I made it.

About the first batch

This first run is intentionally small.

We’re more interested in tolerance, consistency, and real-world use than dramatic before-and-after stories.

If you’re looking for a big first-day event, you’ll probably be disappointed.
